We prioritize profiles that are ID verified, either through LinkedIn or directly through Dialectica. To ensure you're matched with the best opportunities, please keep your profile updated with your latest experience, tools, industries, and roles. Providing accurate information, directly from your own experience and knowledge, during screening is also key; it helps our team quickly assess your expertise and fit for each project.
Payments are typically processed within 10 calendar days after you submit your complete payment information.
This submission should occur within 5 calendar days of receiving your fee notice, and you must remain eligible for your fee based on our Terms of Engagement.
While 10 days is our standard timeframe, we strive to process payments as quickly as possible.
While we agree on an hourly rate in advance of each engagement, compensation is calculated on a pro rata basis. This means you are paid precisely for the actual duration of your consultation. This approach ensures fairness and accuracy for both you and our clients.
